鑫業3C出租 預約系統隱私權政策

歡迎您使用 鑫業3C出租 線上預約服務（以下簡稱「本系統」）。為了保障您的個人資料安全，並讓您安心使用各項預約與通知服務，特此向您說明本系統的隱私權保護政策。請您詳細閱讀以下內容：

一、 個人資料的蒐集目的與類別

為了提供完善的預約服務，本系統將於您註冊、登入或進行預約時，蒐集以下必要資料：

• 基本辨識資料： 姓名、聯絡電話、電子郵件地址。
• 預約服務資料： 預約項目、預約日期與時間、特定備註需求（如無特殊需求請勿填寫敏感個資）。
• 系統自動記錄： IP 位址、瀏覽器類型、預約操作時間、Cookie 紀錄。

To provide our 3C device rental services, we collect the following information when you register and use our platform:

• Personal Details: Name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
• Identity Verification: Copies of government-issued ID or secondary ID for identity verification to prevent fraud and device loss.
• Transaction & Payment Data: Credit card details, bank account information (for deposit processing and refunds), and rental history.
• Technical Data: IP address, cookies, device information, and website browsing behavior.

二、 個人資料的利用期間、地區及對象

• 期間： 自您開始使用本預約服務起，至您要求刪除帳號/預約紀錄，或本商家停止營運之日止。
• 地區： 中華民國（台灣）境內及本系統伺服器所在地。
• 對象： 僅限於本商家、技術維護團隊，以及委託之第三方服務商（如簡訊發送商、金流公司）。

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Fulfillment: Processing orders, verifying identities, and managing device delivery and returns.
• Payment Processing: Charging rental fees, handling deposit pre-authorizations, refunds, and processing damage or late fees.
• Security & Risk Control: Preventing fraud, assessing rental risks, and maintaining platform security.
• Customer Support: Sending order updates, rental expiration reminders, and responding to inquiries.

三、 預約通知與第三方服務說明

• 簡訊與郵件通知： 您填寫的電話與 Email 將用於發送「預約成功」、「行程變更」、「預約提醒」等系統通知。
• 第三方金流加密： 若預約包含線上付費，您的信用卡或轉帳資料將直接由合作之第三方金流機構（如：綠界科技、藍新金流等）進行全權加密處理，本系統不會儲存您的完整卡號及安全碼。

Data Erasure Obligation: Before returning any rented 3C device, users must back up and permanently erase all personal accounts, files, and private data (including performing a full factory reset).

Platform Disclaimer: Upon receipt of returned devices, we perform a standard factory reset. The platform is not liable for any privacy breaches resulting from a user’s failure to erase personal data prior to return.

四、 資料之保護與安全

• 本系統主機均設有 SSL 加密傳輸協定（HTTPS）、防火牆及防毒系統。
• 只有經過授權的人員才能接觸您的個人資料，管理人員皆簽署保密協議，如有違反者將受到法律制裁。

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties under the following circumstances:

• Logistics Partners: Sharing name, address, and contact number with courier services for delivery.
• Payment Processors: Processing credit card payments and refunds via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Legal Requirements: Disclosing information when legally required by court orders, law enforcement, or government authorities.

五、 Cookie 之使用與拒絕

• 本系統會使用 Cookie 來維持您的登入狀態及預約購物車功能。
• 您可以透過瀏覽器設定拒絕 Cookie 的寫入，但這可能會導致您無法完成線上預約。

六、 您的個資權利

您可以隨時透過本系統的聯絡信箱提出申請，行使以下權利：

• 查詢、閱覽或請求製給複製本。
• 請求補充或更正。
• 請求停止蒐集、處理、利用或要求刪除預約帳號與紀錄。

Access and Correction: You have the right to log in, review, and update your personal information.

Account Deletion: Once all rental orders are completed, devices are returned, and outstanding balances are settled, you may request account deletion and the removal of sensitive identity documents.

Legal Retention: Transaction records will be retained for the period mandated by tax and commercial regulations.
